I noticed I can't get Andriod Auto to work and cannot load Subaru Starlink app on my phone. My wife has the same phone and hers was never reset and everything works. Any sugguestionsThe starlink app was discontinued. Was supposed to be like a screen mirror but it never worked. With the addition of apple car play/android auto, this app was made redundant. Starlink itself and its infrastructure still exists through the my subaru app.
