I am having the exact same problem. I’m using the Roam in my kitchen and the LED in the wireless charge is red. At lot. I am using the original charger (2.1A 10.5W) that came with the wireless charger. When the Roam is almost depleted, the red light appears. After charging with the wired connection overnight, the orange light goes out and the white light on the other end of the unit lights up.
