Prime keeps crashing on roku
Jul 8, 2023 · I have read all Boards, Community posts. I've done EVERYTHING several times. WHAT IS GOING ON with Paying for Amazon Prime Video and can't watch it! I have a Roku Tv & Amazon prime. Anytime I’m watching anything on the prime channel the app completely shuts down and takes me back to the Home Scree...Nothing has worked and this is the only app that keeps crashing. The best solution is to cancel this my subscription and recommend others to stay away from Paramount plus. It's very annoying when you try to watch a program and within 2 minutes, it goes black and restarts to your roku screen.

When I try to play titles they will initially start, freeze and then kick me out of the whole app. I have checked the internet connection and speed and both are great. I have cleared the cache.
