Piecing together a na-t kit around $2k with a precision turbo. but then theres the headgasket and fuel upgrades which should be pretty easy to swap out while the motor is out. DM 89- jz swap mounts (square engine mounts), 1jzgte soarer fanclutch, mishimoto and stock shroud (had to trim), the fan/clutch assy is almost impossible to install and the clearence is very very small between the rad and the fan. But it works and it is a very reliable cooling solution.

The biggest hurdle is the ECU you use and the swap itself. That particular CX Racing manifold looks interesting - the collector for the T4 flange looks sloppy but it'd be easy to add a second wastegate.
