Lump on xiphoid process
I accidentally discovered , a small, non-painful lump near the lower part of my sternum (xiphoid process) on the left of the process near rib cartilage . It is not visible to the eye I have to empty air from my belly to be able to feel it by applying pressure on the area and there are no symptoms like redness or warmth or pain .It could be my health anxiety, but like a month ago I noticed a bump/lump and the bottom of my sternum/below my rib cage. After searching, I think it's called the xiphoid process, but I've never seen it before on my body. I'm 15, I'm just scared it could be a hernia or a tumor/cancer or something.
