Some veYou have some sort of electrical problem. Most Most people usually install a race valve on an LBZ or LMM because they think or they heard it is a problem. Unless you have verified your valve is leaking or you have an 04.5-05 LLY, you are most likely wasting your time by shimming or installing a race valve. Kinda like the lb7.The LLY FICM is showing more and more as 'no longer available' and $1300 at some places that do still have them. Thats CRAZY. I used the AFE mouthpiece on a 2005. It fits in the stock location with no modications. This made a large difference in the fan running. It went from being on most of the time to only under a hard pull.Whether if it is a 2006 first quarter LLY or 2006 LBZ still the same engine. Just the 2006 LLY was a detuned LBZ.
