Aug 20, 2012 · 1996 Honda Accord. Asked by RHW in Monroe, GA on August 20, 2012. This is a ex model. I have a code p1381 (cyl pos sensor). I have replaced the distributor,ECU and the alternator. P1381 is a cylinder position sensor fault code. The sensor is inside the distributor. Check for loose or damaged distributor wires and connectors first or possibly oil inside the distributor.
