For a 62 grain projectile, I would try 8208 or Benchmark. Both are extruded powders but they are “short cut” so the granules are very small. They both flow through a powder measure much better than something like Varget or H4895. H335 averaged 3000 FPS while H322 averaged 3100 FPS. Accuracy was about the same and point of impact on target was the same at 100 yards. AR-C will usually be more accurate, and 8208 will yield slightly more speed. CFE-223 (and Leverevolution) is the velocity king in the Grendel, but at the expense of temp sensitivity. As for the heavier projectiles H4895 works well for projectiles up to around 77gr but when you go over that use varget, Varget is the best powder for projectiles heavier than 69gr bar none, also a trick with heavy projectiles in a 223 use Remington 7 1/2 primers they burn hotter and help with case fuls of slower powders like Varget.Best powder for .223.
