If appointed party leader, that companion will use all perks from scout, quartermaster, engineer and medic + party leader perks. .Devs have said its intended. But logically, the players perks should be affecting the town they own and are resting in. The reason why it doesnt, is because you cant assign yourself as the governor in the governor slot. Your perks should affect the town you are resting in automatically. I hope they do that in the future.
