Worried | BabyCentre. Bump measuring 5 weeks ahead.. Worried. Don't normally tend to write a post but looking for advice . Went for a check up today as I wasn't sure if my waters were leaking. Babies heartbeat and movements were good. Cervix closed thankfully. They measured my bump at 36 weeks I'm currently 31 and 3 days pregnant.First appointment (6 weeks): measuring exactly on time. Second appointment (8 weeks): measuring 1 day behind. Third appointment (12 weeks): measuring two days ahead. Would that adjust my due date to two days ahead? Tech and Dr said it’s likely that the fetus was stretching and the measurement was a little off, but it doesn’t change the due date. It’s normal to measure ahead or behind by a few days.

First, remember that the baby's main growth from weeks 37-40 is putting on fat. Start limiting your sugar (juices, sodas, sweets, etc.) and fried, fatty food intake now.
